Humane Association of Warren County Step one: Call or stop in to the shelter to pay your surgery deposit and schedule your appointment The deposit is a non-refundable $50 and will be deducted from your total bill Step Two: On the day of your appointment you will drop your pet off at the shelter between 7:30 am 8:00 am to ensure your pet will be ready to go home the same day
