Why the duplicate listings on realtor. com and other RE websites . . . It is so annoying! Not only on realtor com, but on many realtor sites I'm signed up to receive automatic listings from a New England realtor and more often than not I get duplicate listings emailed to me in the same notice They are duplicated on the websites, so every time there is a status change I have to see a particular listing twice What is going on???
How to do a real estate search without entering specific locations . . . I just found out how to do this in Trulia this week You have to start with a city state then click on the Map view, then check the option "Search inside map" - then, you can zoom out on the map, and everywhere you move the map properties will show up even outside of your starting location The more you zoom in, the more properties show up (if available)
