Door will not open from the outside, but will open from the inside. Pretty sure you'll need to pull the inside door panel off to see what you broke Not sure how you expect someone to blindly tell you what you need fix it I have been searching things on the internet to see about a common fault but have not found anything yet I may strip and investigate and let you know
