Barclays closed down clients bank account - AccountingWEB And yes Barclays KYC phone lines are awful - lots of letters but couldn't get in touch despite leaving messages, sending emails etc, and so in the end I called our "relationship manager" and gave them a piece of mind (politely as obviously not that persons fault) and magically they've stopped hassling us and if they need more info it's down to them to contact us

Residents Mgmt Company - Client Account Woes - AccountingWEB Barclays have now decided that they're going to close down the client account (giving us 60 days' notice) They say that as the result of recent changes to money laundering regulations, they've tightened up the eligibility criteria for client accounts to only make them available to regulated professionals (solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers, etc )
CSV files and Barclays - AccountingWEB Hi Peter - I've been downloading my barclays business account statements in csv format for years and just double checked it's still available, so not sure why your client can't do it Maybe because, for some weird reason, they don't put it on the statements screen but rather on the other options drop down menu as "export data", here you can do it in csv, QuickBooks and other formats
