Solution for huge FPS drops and Stutters in X-Plane 12 As mentioned in several threads on this forum (look here and here), the new weather engine in X-Plane 12 can cause extreme stutters every 60 seconds on some systems With my modest pc I normally get 25 to 30 FPS but every 60 seconds a huge stutter occurs and my FPS drops to 10 This makes take-offs and final approaches allmost impossible
