New contract for speed upgrade? | AT T Community Forums I was using 50 mbps plan and paying $41 per month, I got this plan in April 2018 as new customer with contact ending April 2019, I got upgrade in att app with to 100 mbps with same price $41in September 2018, Att was offering higher speed and price was the same so I upgraded, once my contact is ended I called support to cancel my service but then they said I am in new contract till September

Ii don’t know what type of crooks ATT hires overseas Not only my phone line got disconnected by revenge (account in good standing!) but also my email has been bombarded with JUNK mail, this type of abuse access of my personal data in completely illegal and unacceptable Disconnecting my phone and putting my email up for spam is beyond appalling
Call forwarding for an account that is not linked to a phone My cell phone was very recently discontinued from service because the account from 2011 only covers calls and text, which is my preference The account remains active, but call connections do not
Re: Cannot convert to a family plan because of different markets . . . AT T offers a similar call forwarding option but it requires you to keep your other account open and have it forwarded to a new one So you end up paying fully for two accounts every month Obviously, that's much worse than the Google option which only costs $20 once
