is the crank supposed to be hard to spin after installing? IAC Valve idle adjustment? - www. ka-t. org So I've found out IACV has idle adjustment screw? has any one tried messing with it? The problem is when I try to set my ignition timing, I unplug the TPS, start the car and it idles at 1500RPM I think need the idle to be close to 800RPM while setting the ignition timing so what I did is I chocked the IAC hose to lower the RPMS
