A1 upper with or without M4 feed ramps - AR15. COM A1 upper with or without M4 feed ramps - is it necessary? 1st retro build, and all my other upper receivers have had M4 feed ramps My build is based of a Carbine I have read mixed reviews about needing an upper with them So thinking I should probably stick with M4 ramps on the upper All advice welcomed I know Luth and Brownells makes one, but are there others?

Need M4 feedramps cut in a A1 upper - AR15. COM FYI, a M4 extension will work just fine in a receiver not cut for the extension The only problem is when you run an extension with out M4 ramps in a receiver with M4 ramps cut into it This creates a lip where the noses of bullets can catch
