Markville Mall closures : r Markham - Reddit Was looking for this comment Cadillac Fairview got rid of its ownership of Promenade, and their new owners own the condo in development I won't be surprised if the condo complexes planned for Markville Mall are either owned invested by CF to some extent or vice versa (CF to sell off Markville Mall to the condo developers)
