Massive Lag and Performance Issues - Low GPU Utilization I experienced pretty bad stuttering due to v-sync oddly (whilst gpu was underutilised), I disabled that and it was smoother but with awful screen tearing I tried the in-game fps limiter set to 60 to still result in screen tearing, so went into nvidia panel and limited eu5 to 58fps
