Oklahoma City Memories [Archive] - OKCTalk I'll be 26 in September I was born at Edmond Memorial Hospital in 1978, and my first home was right across the street from the hospital (now Edmond Regional Medical Center) My earliest memories of Oklahoma City go back to when Quail Springs Mall first opened in 1980 My mom bought me the General Lee matchbox car from Kay Bee Toys
Moore Memories [Archive] - OKCTalk Okay I notice in the okc section they have a memories post and I thought that was a little fun So what is your memories about moore, I have only been in moore since the 80s so my memories are not old one, I do remember that eastern between 4th street and 12th street at one time had 4 large grocery stores which now non of the origanl 4 are still around, Buchanans, pratts, homeland and food lion

Shotgun Sams in OKC [Archive] - OKCTalk When I was kid back in the 70's, my family would ocassionally come down to Oklahoma City and we almost always ate at Shotgun Sam's pizza I don't really remember the pizza but I have fond memories of the place (I remember we ate there right before going to see JAWS good times I often wonder where exactly Shotgun Sam's was located
Old Restaurants [Archive] - Page 8 - OKCTalk Just finished the "Classic Restaurants of Oklahoma City" book by Dave Cathey and it was quite informative, brought back lots of memories (born here in 1965, lived around NW 63rd May until 18, then family moved to Edmond and I moved back to OKC after a few years, then left OKC in 1995, came back in 2009)

Favorite Dance Club Bar in the 80s. [Archive] - Page 3 - OKCTalk Ok I thought this might be interesting to ask, What were your Favorite Dance Club Bars in the 80's Mine would be the Sofine Club and Sherlocks I have alot of great memories from both in the 1980's :band:
