Just had true duals aded to my 81 automatic, i actually went to a custom muffler shop and had them made from scratch 2 5 " pipe all the way back to the mufflers with no cat conv, I know for sure the 81 does not have holes in the frame,everything is moved over to the passenger side of the car, it took these guys 2 and half hours to bend this pipe but they did an excellent job for 180 00 bucks
