Build Necromancer Minion Master Solo Open Word - Guild Wars 2 Forums Meh is how I feel about necro minions in open world and a huge part of that is that they aren’t controllable like Ranger pets or the Mechanist robot Ranger and Mech can recall their pets to keep them from attacking unaggro’ed mobs, dismiss them (without having to mount!), and order them to attack a specific target without having the player engage directly The last one is just awesome
Ranger or Necromancer for solo open-world play? As for ranger vs necro for (solo) open wold: Both can be easy and powerful On necro it might be a bit easier to perform well, but i'd say ranger has more potential (Untamed is currently probably the strongest solo spec if played properly)

(closed) I once had a sylvari necromancer, but i deleted her to create a charr necro Now, after a few weeks of rethinking my decision, i'm not so sure any more That's where you come in Please help me find the perfect race for creating a necromancer with a focus on aesthetics (fashion wars ftw!) and voic
Necro main asking for Transfusion nerf - Guild Wars 2 Forums Isn't scaled properly - has the same resources whether fighting 1 or 5 enemies - predicts ArenaNet will eventually cave and nerf everything EXCEPT the actual problems (like they did with Willbender and Spellbreaker) Instead, necro should require more skill for its power rather than being balanced around being braindead easy

Harbinger or Scourge - Necromancer - Guild Wars 2 Forums Harbinger because it is way more fun than Scourge They're both equally strong and have different ways of supporting a group Scourge is tankier than Harbinger Harbinger is more mobile than any other necro spec Harbinger can play as power DPS, condi DPS, or quick DPS; scourge plays only condi as DPS, alacrity DPS, or support
Heal Harbinger - Necromancer - Guild Wars 2 Forums Quick testing on kitty golem at highest damage level seems quite decent, I can comfortably keep myself at full health pretty easily Healing output-wise, it's no less than any good healing builds out there The biggest hurdle is having limited access to healing while in Shroud But I've also found that the longer the buffer you can build from initial Shrouds, the less you need to go into
Elite Specialization Reveal: Thief, Necromancer, and Warrior Welcome back to another set of elite specialization reveals for Guild Wars 2®: Visions of Eternity™! Today, the focus shifts toward the thief, necromancer, and warrior Fans of the original Guild Wars® may be familiar with two of the elite specializations we’re talking about today, while the thir
Necromancer: New specs and Weapons - Guild Wars 2 Forums Necro has few strong poison burst tools, but they are usually on very long cooldowns Where I stand a melee condi weapon that has some good poison application and (finally)
