Why are so many jobs in the NHS only for internal candidates? As someone who doesn't work for the NHS, looking at jobs so many seem inaccessible due to being internal only for that trust Is there a reason for this? It seems trusts are limiting the candidate pool which will surely result in a smaller number of qualified people applying
