Not Receiving Microsoft Account Verification Codes via Email I’m not exactly sure what fixed it—possibly the password reset, the test codes, or the InPrivate session—but after going through those steps, the account started working again Hope this helps someone else running into a similar issue

Add me to the list of those having the same problem None of the suggested fixes fixed it For me it happens both with the windows in full screen or not I have to minimize them all to get the bar up Forgot about the Win key, so at least there's that until MS fixes it
