Both shift keys do not work for the first 5-10 minutes after booting . . . So back to square one If it is not any of the apps that are non-microsoft services, could it be a microsoft service? Maybe it is the hardware but, as mentioned, if the shift keys do not work, but then work after 5-10 minutes, and once they are working they work perfectly, that doesn't seem like a hardware issue
