Wings baked in the oven - short or long? : r cookingforbeginners Question I'm seeing different recipes for baking chicken wings in the oven Some are just 30-40 minutes at 350-400 F Others start for 30 minutes at a low temp like 250 F, then increase temp to 450 F for another 30 minutes Whats the benefit to doing that initial low temp?
