Hilton employees who have transitioned to PEP, how’s your user . . . PEP is by far the most AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and all the other synonyms for horrendous, system out there!!! It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! Don't get me wrong, it is an easy system, very user friendly but the glitches make me crazy
Hilton doesnt seem to understand that ignoring hiding . . . - Reddit As a former Hilton Contractor (didn't work on PEP, but, worked on a lot of the cloud systems that PEP lives on), I don't see Hilton changing course on PEP anytime soon: it eliminates the need for some machines to be on site, and allows them to minimize, if not completely eliminate, some technology that's deployed at the hotel

I was so excited to get PEP after seeing one of my sister properties go through it It looked very clean and minimal However, ever since we switched over to PEP, it has been nothing but trouble I have been working for Hilton 17 years and I have NEVER in my entire career want to walk out on a daily basis
