What I used was 5 16" (8mm) silcone caps and stainless worm clamps You could also bypass the throttle body with a length of hose That photo you posted isn't the location of the hose (on the forewall) - that looks like a rear heater pipe or something- the other end of the throttle body heater hose is on the side of the block forward of the PHH
