The Question Mark wont work on my laptop, it comes up as the French E It sounds like the fairly useless shortcut keys to change keyboard layout have accidentally been pressed Go to Control panel, Region language, Keyboards languages, Change keyboards, General tab, select United Kingdom keyboard or click on Add select it from the list first
