Wiper Issues | GM Square Body - 1973 - 1987 GM Truck Forum Something is plugged in wrong or the purple wire is not grounded and it is somehow pulling a ground through the dash lights (sweet Jesus don’t ask me how that is possible) Check continuity to the purple with a good ground If you don’t have it, then that might be what is happening Good luck, sounds like a real head banger
