Rudys BBQ Sauce - TexAgs Copycat Rudys BBQ sauce (original, before it changed) 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup ketchup 1 2 cup brown sugar 2 1 2 TB spoons of vinegar (white) 2 TB spoons worchestershire sauce 1 4 cup Lemon juice (2 lemons) 1 ts garlic powder 1 ts course black pepper 1 4 ts comino 1 8 ts cayenne pepper Mix all and brink to a low simmer for a few minutes

Pinto beans to accompany bbq - TexAgs These should do I can't remember Rudy's taste exactly, but these are boracho type, so you might leave off the beer and cilantro 1# pintos picked, cleaned and rinsed 4 diced garlic cloves OR *see below Cover with 4 inches above beans with water (can use some chix broth) 2t sugar, 1 bay leaf Bring to boil then simmer 2 hours Rinse bunch cilantro, wrap in paper towel refrigerate When crisped
