Does anyone know why the “runners high” is so rare and random? The runners high is different for me from what I get sitting, but maybe 20min is still entry level I usually get runners high after maybe 45min of running with just about any amount of effort and passing 90 minutes is pretty much a guarantee

Yes it’s still a runner’s high If it takes 5-6 miles (Which aren’t particularly pleasant and free of pain) out of my 13 mile days to feel it for about 3-4 miles while I’m going 6:30 mile pace but it feels like jogging until the tail end of the run where it start to take a lot more will power to finish and while it’s still easy physically, it’s not euphoric anymore
