The 275 65 18 is only a shade wider than the stock 18" Sahara and it no taller Between those two sizes, I would definitely go with the 285 65 18, which would measure out to roughly 32 6" tall and 11 2" wide That tire would definitely work on the 4 5" backspaced wheel
