How do I correct or modify my questionnaire responses? - Sampler If you would like to correct a previous answer to a question you can do so easily through your Sampler account Simply log-in to your Sampler account, go to your Profile, select View responses, select the questions your would like to correct and press Edit
What about my data privacy and security? - Sampler Sampler takes the trust you put in us to protect your personal information very seriously The information you provide in your profile and through answering survey questions, which helps us to match you with samples, is secured using strong encryption and security procedures
How can I refer a friend? - Sampler We currently do not have an official referral program If you'd like to let a friend know about Sampler, simply send them to our website where they will be able to create an account to start getting samples We're exploring the option of having a referral program in the future, and will be sure to update you as soon as we do! 💙
What do I do if I have damaged or missing samples? - Sampler Unfortunately, in most cases we are not able to reship samples as we have limited quantities and they run out quickly! However, we do want to hear about your experience so we can continue to improve how we are packaging our orders When using the contact form make sure to tell us your order details, what product was damaged or missing and if possible attach a picture
