Best cluthch kit for REV 600 HO SDI X - Hardcore Sledder What is the best clutch kit for the REV 600 HO SDI X? I currently ride a 200 MXZ 700 (SE) with Goodwin Performance Clutch Kit in it, works great Getting new sled for 05 - REV 600 HO SDI X Who makes the best kit, how much, and what are the performance gains I will get (speed or acceleration increases and where)? Thanks
Rev 600 sdi low idle problem electrical short | Hardcore Sledder My 600 sdi GSX starts up and runs great so long as I handle the throttle It seems like power is being drawn down and the sled stalls out If I hold RPM at 2000 or so it all runs great! Any experiences with harness rubbing through causing ground out like a kill switch? Unit is not in safety mode
Most Reliable Modern 600 2-Stroke - Hardcore Sledder What is the most reliable modern 600 2-stroke? Please don't just pick your favorite brand PLEASE BACK IT UP WITH SOME DATA And just because your 600 has 5,000 "trouble free" miles, that doesn't mean it is super reliable I want to here from actually owners who have racked up 10,000 or more
600 H. O. VS 600 H. O. sdi | Hardcore Sledder IMO SDI would be well worth having for two reasons--lower operating cost due to beter gas mileage, and greater range due to better gas mileage At 8 mpg my sled sucks down the gas and has a range of only about 80-90 miles
2004 600ho 600ho sdi differences - Hardcore Sledder The SDI also has "power valves" instead of the SD standard exhaust valves The power valve is however still related to exhaust pressure and now a servo controls how much pressure and when the pressure gets to the bellows to pull the valve open
04-05 Doo 600 H. O SDI??? | Hardcore Sledder The sdi is the 600ho motor with fuel injection So if you have ridden the 600ho then you wont notice much difference except the sdi will run alot better in all temps etc, and much much better mpg and smoother I've owned many 600ho carbed, and many sdi's including an 08 sdi's and you should definitely pick the sdi over the carbed version
Replacing Voltage Regulator 600HO - Hardcore Sledder To clarify - the regulator in mine has a black blue "main" connector but the new regulator (i ordered one and returned it) had a white connector with larger conductors and fewer wires So besides having very short wires it didn't fit connections-wise at all I suppose the wiring harness in the kit also works as an adapter?
