Yahoo Mail - Microsoft Community Hello If you are trying to make Yahoo mail work with "outlook" aka the mail app There are known issues with Yahoo and the outlook app I actually would suggest using the web browser for the Yahoo mail There happens to be a an older E-mail MS add on In the Yahoo mail you will need to check under settings to allow pop mail ect
