2057 VS 1157 bulbs - Tacoma World Thanks for the input guy's It' appears the bulbs are compatible, the locking prongs are in the the same place on both bulbs The 1157 is a brass body a little brighter stop turn light The 2057 is a stainless steel body, longer life not quite as bright I believe I'll replace both with the 2057's Thanks for the help Stick with 1157
Built in Resistor Anti Hyper flashing LED Question - Tacoma World I think that is how resistors work But now the heat is in the socket and the plastic rear light housing not against metal However, several of these resistor anti hyper flash LED bulbs have numerous highly rated reviews on-line But I just don't understand how they don't run hot I have googled youtubed and I see nothing on this issue
