  • Bluebeam dropping Mac - Vectorworks Community Board
Bluebeam has decided to drop Revu for Mac Bluebeam never really put much effort into the Mac platform, their Revu was quite sub-par compared to the Windows version, but I was able to use it almost daily in my professional practice
  • quite urgent (Need help with retrieving previous version of a file)
It appears that this only applies when you have been using the cloud-based Project Studio within Bluebeam If you have been saving it (and uploading it) you open Studio and the project, then right-click on the file name (under Studio Project - NOT under the standard 'File' pull-down) and you'll see "Revision History" towards the bottom
  • EnerGov and Bluebeam Software, Help Please! - The Building Code Forum
I am still hopeful for a better permit software-with or without bluebeam We are just adding in the electronic review option and are working out a lot bugs, it can be a bit clunky at times Not sure if the integrated program within projectdox would be any better One thing I have found is that bluebeam training is tough to come by
  • Cant flatten documents from some architects - The Building Code Forum
Easiest fix that I have found is to print to file Do your markups, then do the typical print command When the print screen comes up, select Bluebeam PDF Follow the prompts to save the file where you want it File is flattened and cannot be unflattened
  • Big Sur Bluebeam Revu for Mac | Page 4 | MacRumors Forums
I'm curious to see if Bluebeam's new Bluebeam Cloud product is a viable solution for Macs Bluebeam Introduces Bluebeam Cloud: Designed for the Business of Building | Bluebeam Global Newsroom New secure, connected, flexible solution delivers the access and peace-of-mind required by designers and builders
  • The Failure of Bluebeam - The Building Code Forum
Bluebeam studio is integrated into our permitting system Accela When Bluebeam studio isnt available we are unable to pass drawings for review approval back and forth We did not rely on bluebeam as a document management system, which is the good thing So we are able to manually download and open files with bluebeam locally; i e not using studio
  • Big Sur Bluebeam Revu for Mac | Page 2 | MacRumors Forums
The architecture firm I work for has been evaluating different options while avoiding upgrading to Big Sur for as long as possible Interesting that Bluebeam 1 9 works on Big Sur, but I do not want to pursue that as a long-term solution I tried installing the Windows version of Bluebeam with CrossOver on my Mac, but I could not get that to work
  • Download Bluebeam and Free 30 Day Trial | The Building Code Forum
Disclaimer: I am making NO money, have no deals cut nor am I being compensated in any way by Bluebeam or any of their resellers This is solely due to my happiness and enthusiasm with the product Now that the statement above is out of the way, here is the link to download a fully loaded version of Bluebeam
  • Plan Review Using Bluebeam with Studio Sessions
You can get a free 30 day BlueBeam Revu use with each e-mail you sign up under It was a good way to review the product and watch all the tutorials they have without committing any funds We started using it about 4 years ago and public works came on board with it the following year They use the studio sessions and love it
