Beware: Superior Servicing LLC is a scam, heres what I found. Edit 2: I placed a block on Superior Servicing LLC with my bank, read through the entire document I signed (which they rushed me through and clearly wanted me to sign without reading), and submitted cancellation, termination, refund, and personal information opt-out requests under various sections of the document to customerservice
I fell for the SUPERIOR SERVICING scam : r StudentLoans - Reddit I've fallen for the same thing, many people have sadly I've attempted to do a charge back to get my money back (the 49 00 payments and 299) but was only able to get 2 out of the 49 00 payments back I assume the 900 dollars I spent for "processing" was gone for good However, I contacted the BBB and file a complaint about Superior servicing
