1997 Neon Sluggish Throttle Response - neons. org Car is a 1997 Neon Sport SOHC Just redid the plugs and valve cover seals due to oil on one of the plugs Thought it was misfiring in one cylinder The throttle response still leaves something to be desired There is a slight knock which I thought was the fouled plug, but even after new plugs and seals, the faint knock is still present
