Highlander vs SuperStol -Flight Characteristics - B_Wings Forum A real world 115-120 mph cruise speed with a stock Rotax 912 ULS would be achieveable Your takeoffs and landings would be slightly longer than a stock Highlander Troy could tell the difference, but an average pilot couldn't tell And you would still be the STOL pilot everyone talks about at the airport
Elevator Push Rod Tunnel - B_Wings Forum I'm a new member, about 1 year into construction of an escapade with a Rotax 912 ULS I added the foam filler around the elevator tunnel, but also added a 1 8 layer of lexan on top of the foam so my knee wouldn't dent the foam when I crawl back to the cargo compartment

Got Gas? - B_Wings Forum You did not say what engine you were feeding If it is a high compression engine like a 912 ULS, it needs a high octane fuel or you might spark some detonation and cause engine damage The ethanol is not a real issue here, but Premium MoGas ( > 91 Oct as required) is mixed with all
