Old Optus emails not appearing on Outlook (office 365) running on . . . Now that I have set up the email account in Outlook 2016 I have noticed that my older emails are not appearing on my two Optus email accounts but are still appearing on my two GMail accounts The issue has only occurred after upgrading to the new OS and Outlook All accounts are IMAP I have looked on line for solutions but cant find a fix
