Roseburg firefighters respond to hot tub fire that damaged home ROSEBURG, Ore – Firefighters responding to a report of visible smoke at a local residence on Monday evening arrived to find a hot tub fully involved in fire that was spreading to a rear corner of the home, according to the Roseburg Fire Department RFD officials said they responded just after 7 p m on July 14 to a report of smoke showing in the area of Vine Street and Oakland Avenue
