HHS3200 unable to detect USB connection | eLightbars I contact with Whelen and also suggested that if he's unable to connect that it may be a problem with the HHS but if the unit was just recently programmed by someone from the company then it should still be able to work unless it messed up the USB The HHS doesn’t need to be powered to be programmed
