My package hasn’t updated in 5 days should I be worried? It last scanned as arrived at FedEx location in Greenwood, Indiana (after it had already left there and went to Indianapolis then back) and now it hasn't moved in 8 days I filed a claim and never heard back Are we allowed to go to a FedEx facility and ask to pick up our package? Or would it be just too hard to locate?
