Sparkle in the Park kicks off Sunday at Cold Lake M. D. Campground COLD LAKE - The third annual ‘Sparkle in the Park’ kicks off at the Cold Lake M D Campground on Sunday evening The annual event sees the campground filled with Christmas light displays created by local businesses and community organizations as a way of spreading some holiday cheer, raising money and awareness for mental health initiatives, and collecting food for the Cold Lake Food Bank
