Threat of Million Dollar Lawsuit from a Fender Bender - Is this typical . . . Can someone please tell me if this is a normal tactic used by injury lawyers to do right by the injured party in the hopes of getting the full amount from the car insurance? Or is this lawyer actually going to ruin me financially by winning a lawsuit for over three million dollars from a literal fender bender?
