YSL Customer Service - PurseForum The bag was purchased from Century21 so they won’t repair it anyway This has led me to believe that YSL knowingly sells defective bags to unauthorized retailers and that’s why they won’t repair them This is the only YSL bag that I didn’t purchase directly from them or a major department store and it’s the only one that has an issue
New to YSL, need help understanding different leathers YSL’s grain de poudre is like Chanel’s caviar leather or other fashion house’s grained leather I have a card case in this leather and it’s amazing Super shiny and luxurious feeling whereas other brand’s are more dull or matte I have seen the Loulou come in grain de poudre but only in the Small and Medium sizes and only at Neiman
