Chat agent asking for full credit card details - NOW Community I have had an overdue payment for my broadband and recieved an email from [email removed] to call 03337 594 851 about making the overdue payment I called and after some legitimate security questions (Including last 4 digits of my card) I got supposedly forwarded to the accounting help centre I was then asked for my credit card details point blank as well as my mothers maiden name

Money been taken out! - NOW Community Hi @Anonymous User Any NOW TV Membership account matters need to be taken up with NOW live chat due to this being mainly a customer to customer Community Forum I am assuming you cancelled fully by following the four steps on screen ? Usually when a TV Membership is cancelled you get an email from NOW, did you receive any email ?

Payments - NOW Community I cancelled my now tv pass a month ago, they’ve only just taken another payment out of my bank I don’t have a lot of money and it’s caused massive issues just losing that £7 99 Can I get it back?!
