- Minnesota State - MDHR Certification Requirements
To engage in contracts with Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, suppliers must comply with specific state requirements designed to promote equitable employment practices This includes obtaining both the Workforce Certificate and the Equal Pay Certificate from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR)
- Amendments to Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA)
The MDHR must now offer an opportunity to both charging parties and the respondent employers the opportunity to resolve a charge of discrimination through mediation or another alternative dispute resolution processes
