FASS vs AirDog. . . . . You Decide! - The Truck Stop A few things to note about the components… 1 – The FASS comes with 3 8” fuel line and the AirDog comes with 1 2" Both had enough to leave approx 1 – 2’ of fuel line remaining after the install I like the AirDog’s fuel lines better 2 – The AirDog comes with much nicer fittings for the fuel lines and the connectors lend themselves well if you decide to use steel braided lines

Replacement for FASS Fuel Filter | The Truck Stop Does any other company make a respectable filter that will replace the FASS fuel pump filter on the 95 series pump (Filter # FF2003)? Only one I have found online when searching was the filter from FASS and it runs $23 :nonod:
Fuel system by pass filtering? - The Truck Stop The FASS includes a bypass for excess fuel to be returned "to the tank", and the instructions specifically mention that plumbing it back to the vehicles stock return line is not recommended Said return line is a 1 2" NPT opening at the bottom So I plan to put a 3 8" barbed fitting in there
Fuel system wont prime - The Truck Stop Changed the fuel filter on the duramax last weekend and can't get the fuel system to stay primed Last time I changed the filter I removed the air bleed screw, turned the ignition on to cycle the lift pump and after a few seconds all is well Tried that this time with no luck Tried pumping
FASS FUEL PUMP PULSING - The Truck Stop Hmmm My FASS will kind of make a pulsing noise when I first turn the ignition and the fuel "loads up" before I start the engine Did the pulse coincide with your changing an EFI Live tune?
6. 5 TD Lift Pump | Page 2 | The Truck Stop Get the 93 pump of your choice until you can get a better one The relay harness might get you an extra pound or 2 PSI too! LP harness is mandatory with anything "bigger" than stock and really even with the stock LP #1 gauge on these old truck is a fuel PSI gauge (assuming oil psi is good) Have you ever looked into carrying the DRP-02 Fass pump?
FASS Water Seperator filter question | The Truck Stop I have just a fuzz shy of 10k on my FASS fuel pump and have been running the original water filter Who has the FASS and how often should I change the filter? Or does it last a long time and all I need to do is just drain it?

Duramax lift pumps? GPM use and PSI limits? | The Truck Stop The brass fittings I use on lift pumps and filters do turn green However it might last the life of the pump - about a year for me Brass, bronze, copper, lead, tin, and zinc may accelerate the oxidation of diesel and biodiesel fuels and potentially create fuel insolubles (sediments) or gels and salts when reacted with some fuel components
