2025 Bed lights, exposed wiring - Tacoma World I noticed today that the bed lights wiring comes up inside the bed and then runs across to both sides (see attached picture) Does anyone else have these lights on their 2025 truck and is this how they are run? The replaced the bed of my truck and I am not sure if it came from the factory this way of the body shop did this

Another option is to mount the winch on a 2x6 and put in the bed pockets so that you can remove the winch if you need full access to the bed Could then put straps to the D rings to hold the 2x6 down while winching
Tacoma Loose Bed design Flaw explanation If your bed is loose, remove bolt and see if metal sleeve is in line with floor of bed If it protrudes above the floor it means the composite block mount has eroded DO NOT GRIND IT FLAT WITH A GRINDER TO MATCH THE LEVEL OF THE FLOOR!!!
