The pach store has the worst customer service, they have a terrible policy for shipping and will request a lot of money for shipping after the purchase is made The business is questionable at best Be weary of buying from them And repairs take up to 6 months The company is a sister company
Difference between Pach store Ultimate Works : r lightsabers - Reddit IIRC Pach Store was more intended for collectables with some budget sabers that were stocked The Ultimate Works company was launched for more higher end sabers and is owned or majority owned by the same person (Aaron Lin) But by that point everyone already frequented Pach Store more so they just listed UW sabers on Pach as well
