Replacing Voltage Regulator 600HO - Hardcore Sledder To clarify - the regulator in mine has a black blue "main" connector but the new regulator (i ordered one and returned it) had a white connector with larger conductors and fewer wires So besides having very short wires it didn't fit connections-wise at all I suppose the wiring harness in the kit also works as an adapter?
08 TNT vs 08 MXZ 600 HO SDI - Hardcore Sledder Same engine as the semi-direct injection (SDI) but it is direct injected The Etec name I believe comes from the Evinrude outboard motor that BRP makes [ b] WOAH, e-tec and the 600 SDI are 2 completely different motors e-tec is an outboard motor converted to a snowmobile engine the SDI was specifically created for snowmobiles years ago
2005 600 SDI running poorly | Hardcore Sledder 05 600 SDi its developed a slight sputter at low speeds like a plug is skipping a beat I changed plugs Still does it ! High speed is fine, but 10-20-30 mph, sputter skip I was wondering what that might be ??? Also, the guy before me, had BR9ES plugs in it Is this normal ? mach z fuel pressure - Hardcore Sledder does any one have info on whatthe fuel pressure is on a mach z sdi 1000 is? sled will run for awhile then bog out and die, set for a min then start up and run
2006 REV 600SDI - bogging like crazy. . wont take off The SDI's have a inline fuel filter that in just build for the SDI's this is a common problem they are designed to catch water this becomes the root of all evil this is a 60 dollar part this will fix the problem Have you checked Your Battery? The battery runs your fuel injectors, a weak battery will make your engine run poorly
